The delivery time will be dependent on the country of the delivery address. For all orders being delivered within Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Luxembourg the delivery time is 1-3 business days. For all other countries please see the delivery time noted during checkout.

For all orders shipping to Germany we offer FREE shipping. To calculate the shipping costs for all other locations please enter your delivery address (including country) during check out.

At Ik & Ich we want our customers to be as satisfied with their product as we are. If you find that your CUSHY PLAY MAT is not the correct colour or size you are more than welcome to return it for the full purchase price of the mat (excluding initial shipping costs). Our mats have a 1.5cm thick soft foam core and a special anti-slip surface that will protect your little one from tumbles, slips and cold floors.

Yes, our CUSHY PLAYMATS are suitable to use with underfloor heating!
