What is the average delivery time?

Accepted Answer

The delivery time will be dependent on the country of the delivery address. For all orders being delivered within Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Luxembourg the delivery time is 1-3 business days. For all other countries please see the delivery time noted during checkout.

Can I return my CUSHY PLAY MAT?

At Ik & Ich we want our customers to be as satisfied with their product as we are. If you find that your CUSHY PLAY MAT is not the correct colour or size you are more than welcome to return it for the full purchase price of the mat (excluding initial shipping costs). For more information please see our Return Policy page.

Can I exchange my CUSHY PLAY MAT for another colour?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. You are, however, welcome to return your CUSHY PLAY MAT for a full refund (minus shipping costs) and place a new order with your preferred colour. Please contact us at the following e-mail address for assistance:

Are Ik & Ich CUSHY PLAY MATS safe for babies & children?

They sure are!
Ik & Ich CUSHY PLAY MATS are made from non-toxic high quality TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) and hold EN safety certifications in accordance with EU safety standards.
Our mats have a 1.5cm thick soft foam core and a special anti-slip surface that will protect your little one from tumbles, slips and cold floors.

You will be happy to know that all Ik & Ich CUSHY PLAY MATS feature Anchor Gray on the reverse side. Just select which colour you would like to buy and you will automatically get an Anchor Gray mat!
